DELTA 2023: Otuaro’s Candidacy is Divine, Says Heavenly Mandate Group, Urges Deltans Not To Be Distracted By Other Candidates

One of the leading support groups for the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, known as the Heavenly Mandate Group. Has revealed that the Candidacy of their Principal, Barr. Otuaro is a divine Mandate.

The support group which is being coordinated by the duo of Hon. Isaiah Ogah and Rose Tulu ( A.K.A DGS ), made the revelation in a post on their Official Facebook page, in the early hours of today, the 25th November, 2021.

Where they Affirmed that, despite the numerous other candidates vying for the seat of power of the state, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro stands out.

The group in the light of the Above, went further to charge Deltans not to be distracted by the tactics of other aspirants who are rapidly working to secure the seat of the Governor of the state. Stating that amongst them all, Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro stands tall. As his anticidents and articulate leadership prowess out-matches that of other candidates striving to occupy the Osadebe House in Asaba, the State capital come 2023.

The group therefore, in the post, urge Deltans to be focus and continue to look in the direction of the man whom God himself has chosen, and has endorsed as the next Governor of Delta State. Asserting that, it is only Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro who can bring to pass the earnest desires of all Deltans and the prosperity of the state both economically and otherwise.
