The children of L. A Primary School in Bolowou Community,
Ese Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State. Were overwhelmed with joy, as volunteers from the Ernest Bebenimibo Foundation ( EBF ), visited them today, the 11th January 2022. With educational materials, such as; School Bags, Notebooks and other essential writing materials.

The Foundation which core aim and objective is to encourage and help kids with academic challenges, with the necessary requirements in order to stay in school. Has done tremendously well in this regard, by providing Students/Pupils with all that is needed to be successful in their education.

The team of Volunteers from the Foundation was led by the Executive President, Amb. Deacon Ernest Bebenimibo (JP) MSc. Who has consistently used his Foundation as a mince to reach out to the Poor, Needy, Physically Challenged and less privileged ones in the society. By providing them the needed support to make their lives meaningful.

The EBF President/Founder during the visit to the School, explained to the children that as someone from the creeks of the Niger Delta. He understands the peculiarities of the environment, which is the reason why he has taken it upon himself to personally encourage kids in the region, to take their education seriously. As their very future depends on it.

It is gathered that, the Foundation which has in previous years, carried out similar educational support programs along the riverine communities of Delta State. Decided to officially extend their outreach beyond the State for the first time. So as to fulfil the Foundation’s organisational mandate of reaching out to as many communities as possible within the Niger Delta Region, Nigeria and Africa as a whole, with their education support initiative.

The Headmaster of the school, Mr Boluwaji on receiving the items on-behalf of the school, appreciated the EBF team for the kind gesture. Noting that this is the first time ever the school is receiving or experiencing such act of benevolence from an NGO outside the State. As such, appreciated the EBF and all others who contributed in one way or the other to make this possible.
