The Deputy Governor of Delta State Barrister Kingsley Burutu Otuaro while thanking PDP Stalwarts and party faithfuls for their unwavering support for the Senator Okowa led government over the years which led to the harvest of unending projects across the state, said that Delta State is a praying state, a God’s own state and the government believes in the magnificence of God.

Addressing the mammoth crowd from all walks of life, the State Deputy Governor emphasized that it is God who enthrones a man.
He advised all party faithful not to relent in praying for the state and keeping faith with the government.
” We will not tell our people half truth, we will tell you the whole truth, because from the onset of this government, God has been our guide and we will not take our eyes off him. We believe in God, we believe that Delta State is for God, we believe that God enthrones kings and we believe that going forward God will enthrone the best leader”. Otuaro stated
The State number two man thanked the people for their unalloyed support and solidarity for the Senator Ifeanyi Okowa led administration which has brought about transformational change and unprecedented development across the state.
” The solidarity and support you have given to us is demonstrated in what you are seeing in terms of infrastructural development all through the length and breath of Delta State.
We are happy to see you in your large numbers in this Mega Rally celebrating our success stories.
As a government, we will not fail you, we are determined to ensure that we finish strong and enthrone a better and secured Delta for future generations”…. Otuaro stated
