INC Holds First National Executive Meeting Of The Year, Discusses Self Determination, Constitution Of National Representative Council Amidst Other Issues

The National Executive Council (NEC) of the Ijaw National Congress INC. Has held it first National Executive meeting of the year 2022.

The Meeting which was held yesterday the 25th of January, 2022. Was presided over by the National President, Prof Benjamin Ogele Okaba. And after extensive deliberations, the following resolutions were reached:

1. That INC remains resolute in the pursuit of self-determination
2. That INC will constitute and inaugurate the National Representative Council NRC on or before the end of February 2022
3. That IJAW DAY celebration will hold on the 23rd of February 2022.

These where the key issues deliberated and agreed upon during the meeting. As the NEC focuses attention on projecting the Ijaw Course, for the common interest of all Ijaws both in Nigeria and in the Diaspora.
