BREAKING: Russian Army Takes Over Ukraine’s Most Strategic City, Kherson

Kherson, Ukraine’s most strategically vital city, is said to have been taken over by the Russian army.
The Russian invasion of Ukraine reached its seventh day on Wednesday, with Russian forces also trying to take over Kyiv, the country’s capital.

“Russian military forces divisions have complete control of Kherson’s regional center,” said Igor Konashenkov, a spokesperson for Russia’s defense ministry.
According to him, public transportation and public services are unaffected and are operating normally.

“There are no shortages of food or essential products in the city,” he stated.
Russian forces are presently in negotiations with local officials, according to the spokeswoman, to ensure that order is maintained.
