Delta 2023: "Let Asupa Continue The Progress, No Vacancy In Burutu North"_

**Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta, Member Representing Burutu North Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly.**

Comr. Binebai Earnest, a youth leader in Burutu Community, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, has stated that there is no vacancy in the Burutu North Assembly seat, stressing that Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta, member representing Burutu North in the Delta State House of Assembly, should be allowed to continue his work in the house.

Comr. Binebai Earnest made the statement yesterday in Burutu while meeting with youths from the Burutu Community, the Local Government Area’s headquarters.

The youth leader stated that Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta’s endorsement to retain his Burutu North Assembly seat in 2023 is due to his outstanding performance.

He went on to say that the ultimate goal of politics is to bring development to the people one governs, emphasizing that Hon. Asupa is a round peg in a round hole, and that in 2023, he is the only viable option for the people of Burutu North.

However, the youth leader praised Hon. Asupa Peter Forteta in particular for remembering the Burutu community with developmental projects, citing the Burutu modern market, Burutu Internal Link Road Project, youth empowerment, and a slew of others.

Hon. Asupa’s open door policy, he says, is amazing, and he emphasizes that he maintains close ties with the grassroots by always taking calls and, in some cases, responding to calls, and that the people at the grass roots are comfortable with his representation.

Meanwhile, Earnest described Asupa as a Burutu guy, noting that he has proved his devotion for the Burutu community over the years through the numerous posts he has held.

He went on to say that As a former Chairman of the Burutu Local Government Area, a former Commissioner of Delta State, and now a member of the Delta State House of Assembly representing Burutu North, Asupa has done well and is still on a mission to accomplish more, thus he should be allowed to continue.
