A Niger Delta Based Marine Magnate and Business Mogul, High Chief Emonena Victor Wayles Egukawhore (JP), the Chairman of De Wayles Group Of Companies. Has Congratulated the Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri, on the occasion of the presentation of the Governor of the Year Award to him by the Independent Newspaper of Nigeria.
