Folashade Tinubu-Ojo admitted that her father was ill before seeking medical assistance.
Tinubu-Ojo, the daughter of All Progressives Congress (APC) National Leader Bola Ahmed Tinubu, stated this during an event on Monday.

Her father has already recovered from his illness, she noted.

Tinubu had traveled abroad for medical treatment on several occasions in 2021 as part of his bid to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari.

The Iyaloja of Lagos also debunked rumors that his father was suffering from health problems, emphasizing that there is no need to be concerned about the former governor’s health.

“Anyone can say whatever they want,” she remarked. Vehicles, too, break down. Tinubu had been unconscious for some time. He was looked after, and he is presently in good health. We can see it; it’s extremely evident.”

Tinubu-Ojo, speaking about her father’s chances of becoming Nigeria’s next leader, claimed the party’s crisis will not harm her father’s chances of winning the election.
Tinubu-Ojo, the grand patron of the Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu Support Group, expressed optimism that the APC national convention would be held on March 26th.
“I am confident that the convention will take place on March 26th, In sha Allah (God willing),” she stated.
