PAP: Otuaro Restores Suspended Foreign Educational Training Scholarship For Delegates

The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) Administrator, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has declared the return of the halted foreign education training and scholarship programs. This was revealed over the weekend in Warri, Delta State, at a gathering of leaders and stakeholders.

Otuaro claims that the reinstatement was done to help the recipients’ educational growth and provide them with knowledge and skills.

Nonetheless, it is anticipated that Otuaro’s choice will reinvigorate the program’s goal of advancing human capacity development and academic achievement in the Niger Delta area.

Stakeholders have overwhelmingly praised the action, viewing it as a constructive step in addressing the Niger Delta region’s educational requirements.
