The National President of the Ijaw Progressive Youth Ambassadors, comrade Ebitonmo Arepade has expressed confidence in the ability of Chief Dennis Otuaro, in taking the Presidential Amnesty Programme to the desired destination.

Recall that the Presidential Amnesty Programme in the Niger Delta, was established to ensure lasting peace in the troubled oil rich region, by pulling out agitators from the creeks, training and reintegrating them back to the society. These aims and objectives of the programme he says, will be achieved seemlessly under the current boss of PAP.

Comrade Arepade, stated this while appreciating president Bola Ahmed Tinubu(GCFR), for appointing chief Dennis Otuaro, whom according to him, is a grassroot man that is familiar with the issues and has the know how to go about the programme.
