PAP: Otuaro Congratulates Four (4) Amnesty Beneficiaries For Successfully Completing Their Aviation Training In Johannesburg, South Africa -

The Administrator of the presidential amnesty programme, High Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, has congratulated four (4) beneficiaries of the Amnesty programme, who have successful completed their aviation training in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The Administrator expressed his congratulations while hosting the four latest pilots in his office in Abuja. Where he celebrated them for not letting the amnesty program down.

The administrator also used the avenue to encourage other beneficiaries of the amnesty program to be steadfast, focused and determined in the pursuit of their goals. Thereby, urging them to take their education and training seriously, in order to come out with flying colors, that will make both their families, the presidential amnesty program and the Federal Republic of Nigeria proud.

His Words:

“Yesterday, in my office, I received four (4) of the latest beneficiaries of the PAP Aviation Trainee Programme. These individuals recently returned from South Africa, having successfully completed their specialized aviation training at SimAero, a renowned Aviation training institute in Johannesburg.

The group comprised two pilots who earned their ERJ-145 Type Rating, a qualification for operating Embraer ERJ-145 regional jets. The other two pilots achieved their ATR-72 500 Type Rating, which allows them to fly ATR-72 500 turboprop aircraft.

They expressed their sincere gratitude for my encouragement to resume their certification training.

I am incredibly excited that they completed their training programme and obtained their licenses.

These talented young Nigerians are now equipped with high-level skills that will undoubtedly make them valuable assets. They will contribute not only to the growth of the Nigerian aviation industry but also to the expertise of the global aviation sector”.
