The three-day memorial ceremony for the late King Dr. Robert Ebizimor, set for July 29–31, 2024, in Bayelsa State, has the support of High Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, Ph.D., the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
Dr. Otuaro praised the late King Dr. Robert Ebizimor, the Numeperewei of the Izon-Ibe kingdom, for his outstanding services to the Ijaw music industry and the Niger Delta region. The late king, according to him, was a hero who made a lasting impression on the populace.
Insisting that King Dr. Robert Ebizimor’s legacies be upheld on all fronts, the Administrator asked the populace to keep honoring his legacy. Calling the late king the “Voice of the Voiceless,” he extolled him.
The chief of stakeholder management, peacebuilding, and conflict resolution, “Chief Diplomat,” concurred with his boss that the late music king’s legacy will continue to inspire future generations.
But the purpose of the commemoration was to celebrate the late king’s accomplishments and preserve his legacy in the hearts of the populace.
