IPDI Honors Tompolo, Kestin, Godfrey Pondi, For Their Contributions To N’Delta’s Peace, Youth Empowerment, Security, Environmental Sustainability -

The distinguished Comrade Ozobo Austin, the National President of the Ijaw People’s Development Initiative (IPDI), has expressed his sincere gratitude for the tireless efforts of the Chairman of Tantita Security Service Limited, Chief (Engr) Kestin Pondi, Tantita’s MD, and Tantita’s GM, Sir Godfrey Tare Pondi, in promoting peace, ensuring sufficient security, and giving environmental safety and the empowerment of thousands of people in the Niger Delta region a top priority.

The statement said that their combined efforts had been crucial in establishing an atmosphere that supported Nigeria’s economic development and prosperity.

Ozobo pointed out that the increase in oil output had a good effect on the world economy and was largely due to the trio’s dedication to peace and security. “The increased oil and gas production has led to improved in the nation’s revenue, job creation, and infrastructure development in the country” , the organization stated.

In particular, he expressed gratitude to Tompolo for his leadership in upholding security and tranquility in the Niger Delta, which had been essential in averting interruptions to oil production and guaranteeing the protection of people and property. “Tompolo’s efforts have earned him recognition as a champion of peace and security in the Niger Delta” , he said.

Additionally, Chief (Engr) Kestin Pondi, Tantita’s MD, was praised by Ozobo for his steadfast dedication to environmental sustainability and the empowerment of thousands of people in the nation. He said that his initiatives had protected the region’s delicate ecosystem and promoted environmentally friendly practices in the oil and gas sector.

“Pondi’s efforts have been instrumental in minimizing the environmental impact of oil production and ensuring that the region’s natural resources are preserved for future generations”, he added.

He also praised Sir Godfrey Tare Pondi for his contributions to community development, environmental safety, and youth empowerment. “Through his initiatives, local communities have been empowered and the economic growth of the region has benefited them.” According to IPDI, “Tare’s efforts have been crucial in advancing social justice and making sure that the advantages of oil production are distributed fairly.”

The significance of cooperative efforts in attaining sustainable development and prosperity in the Niger Delta area was underscored by Ozobo’s endorsement. He emphasized that the trio sets an example for others to follow with their dedication to community development, environmental sustainability, peace, and security.
