Presidential Amnesty Students Stakeholder, Kelvin Ebiotu Endorses Gen Preye Ekpebide As National Chairman Third Phase Amnesty Beneficiaries, Charges Stakeholders, Others To Ignore Calls For His Removal

Comrade Kelvin Ebiotu, a vital member of the Presidential Amnesty Students, has voiced his disapproval of the misinformed remarks made by some individuals directed at Gen. Preye Ekpebide, the National Chairman of the Third Phase Beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Program.

The Students Leader signed a release expressing his dissatisfaction, which he made accessible to reporters in the early hours of August 28, 2024. There he disclosed that, as the first person from Delta State to occupy the position of National Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Beneficiaries, Gen. Preye has demonstrated in a brief amount of time a practical and goal-oriented leadership style by prioritizing the interests of the beneficiaries over his own. Which makes him the most suitable candidate to hold the position of National Chairman of the Third Phase Beneficiaries.
Comrade Kelvin Ebiotu went on to emphasize Gen. Ekpebide’s commitment and perseverance in supervising and bringing the problems affecting Third Phase participants to the notice of Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, the Amnesty Program Administrator, for prompt resolution.
His words: “The Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty Program has undergone rejigging since Gen. Preye Ekpebide emerged as National Chairman. This is crystal clear for the blind to see and sound enough for the deaf to comprehend.”
“It is documented that all well-intentioned Stakeholders and Third Phase Beneficiaries welcomed Gen. Ekpebide’s emergence with great grace. Since he is a man who experienced the Niger Delta conflict firsthand and has demonstrated the necessary leadership qualities to oversee the Third Phase Beneficiaries’ activities. Therefore, an attack on him personally is an attack on the third phase beneficiaries’ interests as a whole.
As a result, Comrade Kelvin Ebiotu utilized the platform to reiterate his support for General Preye Ekpebide on behalf of the Presidential Amnesty Students. While urging other Third Phase participants and beneficiaries to reject requests from any individual or organization to depose General Preye as National Chairman.
Additionally, he urged Gen. Ekpebide to continue his admirable efforts to uphold and advance the rights of the PAP Third Phase Beneficiaries, addicted to the fact that everyone is on board with him.
