Christmas: 'Lets Bridge the Gaps That Divide Us'- Otuaro Tells Nigerians -

As Christmas bells ring across Nigeria, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Esq., FSPSP, Immediate Past Deputy Governor of Delta State, extends greetings to all Nigerians, particularly Christians.

In his message, Otuaro emphasizes that Christmas is not merely a celebration but a profound reminder of God’s love through the birth of Jesus Christ. He calls on citizens to embrace the season’s virtues of peace, unity, and selfless service, urging them to reflect on the challenges Nigeria faces with courage and hope.

Addressing Christians, Otuaro encourages emulating Christ’s humility, fostering love and reconciliation across all divides. He also highlights the nation’s diversity as a strength, urging Nigerians to work together to build a stable and prosperous future.

The message concludes with a call to extend kindness to the less privileged and to let the Christmas spirit guide collective efforts to uplift the nation.

He said, “As the gentle bells of Christmas resonate across our great nation, I extend my warmest greetings and heartfelt wishes to you and your families. This season is not just a time of celebration; it is a sacred reminder of God’s boundless love for humanity, expressed through the birth of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.

“Christmas, at its core, is a story of hope, redemption, and the promise of a brighter tomorrow. It is a season that calls us to reflect on the divine love that binds us as one people under God. This is a time to remember the virtues of peace, unity, and selfless service to one another. These values are not just Christian ideals; they are the bedrock upon which our beloved nation must continue to build.
