FRAUD ALERT: Fake Facebook Account Impersonating Administrator Of Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr Dennis Otuaro Discovered, As He Calls On General Public To Disregard Activities On The Account -

The attention of the general public has been drawn to a mischievous attempt by some unscrupulous elements parading the social media space, impersonating notable individuals with fake accounts, in order to defraud unsuspecting individuals.

This attempt which is believed to have been aimed at not only defrauding gullible individuals, but to smear the good name, image and reputation of the Administrator Of The Presidential Amnesty Programme, High Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro by these men of the underworld, was discovered in the early hours of today, Thursday the 9th January, 2025.

Informations gathered by Coastal Times has it that, these fraudsters created the fake Facebook account with the name and image of the Administrator, and have been making different posts, as well as chatting with people on the Facebook Messenger Platform. Thereby, creating a false impression in the minds of unsuspecting individuals who thinks such posts and messages are coming from the Administrator himself.

The Administrator has on this note, called on the general public to disregard every activity on that account and to report it. Stating that he has only one Facebook account with the name “Dr. Dennis Otuaro”, which has his picture on it profile, and a cover photo of him and a top military personnel. The account also has 1.4K Likes, and 2.1 Followers.

While the fake account has the name “Denis Brutu Otuaro”.

He therefore advised the public to report this fake account, so as to stop the fraudsters from defrauding innocent people with his identity.
