AN URGENT MESSAGE TO INEC: HISTORY IS WATCHING — STAND BY YOUR MANDATE AND PUBLISH THE FINAL DELINEATION NOW

To the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC),
Headquarters, Abuja, Nigeria

This is a defining moment, not just for INEC but for the future of democracy in Nigeria.

You have been given a sacred constitutional mandate, to serve without fear or favor, to uphold justice, equity, and the electoral dignity of all Nigerians, regardless of tribe, influence or intimidation. That mandate is now under threat, not from the people but from a manipulative minority who have mastered the dark art of blackmail, distortion and deliberate obstruction of democratic processes.

We, the Ijaw Stakeholders of Warri Federal Constituency, speak with one voice, one truth and one firm demand: INEC must immediately publish the final ward delineation result without delay or compromise.

For years, the Itsekiris have used propaganda, political intimidation and influence-peddling to block every attempt at electoral fairness in Warri. Why? Because the truth does not favor them. The numbers do not favor them. The land does not favor them. So they resort to lies, loud repeated lies, hoping to buy time and bend the system to serve their false narrative.

But time is up. Enough is enough.

INEC, you are not answerable to ethnic lords or vocal minorities. You are answerable to the Constitution. You are answerable to the truth. You are answerable to the people, the Ijaw, the Urhobo, the Itsekiri and all who believe in the sanctity of democratic governance.

The delineation has been concluded. The data has been compiled. The verification has been done. What are you waiting for?

Do not allow yourself to be used as a tool in a tribal supremacy campaign. Do not sacrifice national credibility for the comfort of ethnic politics. You are not a political party. You are not a regional agent. You are the electoral umpire of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Act like it.

The world is watching. Nigerians are watching. Warri is watching. History is recording. And posterity will judge your silence or your courage.

We are not begging, we are demanding, as rightful citizens and as owners of the land whose representation has been denied for decades through manipulation. We demand that INEC release the final ward delineation for Warri Federal Constituency now.

Justice delayed is democracy denied.

Let truth win. Let justice breathe. Let Warri be free.

Signed,

Chief, Tiemopere Joshua (President)

Chief Ebikeke T. Goodstime
(Secretary)

Ijaw Stakeholders of Warri Federal Constituency
