As the Education for Empowerment (E4E) Mandate Campaign of the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, continues the distribution of laptops to students under the Presidential Amnesty Programme Scholarship Scheme, the team has successfully covered the following schools in Delta and Bayelsa States:

A. DELTA STATE SCHOOLS

1. Western Delta University, Oghara
2. Edwin Clark University, Kiagbodo
3. Michael and Celia Ibru University, Agbarha-Otor
4. Novena University, Ogume

B. BAYELSA STATE SCHOOLS

1. Bayelsa Medical School, Yenagoa
2. Federal University, Otuoke
3. HENSARD University, Toru-Orua
4. University of Africa, Toru-Orua
5. Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island
