Akwa Ibom Ex-Agitators Resolves Internal Dispute, Pledges Total Support, Loyalty To Otuaro Led PAP

The Akwa Ibom State Ex-Agitators have successfully resolved all internal disputes and, in unity and one voice, have resolved to pledge their total support and loyalty to High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).

In a statement signed by the Akwa Ibom State Coordinator, General Comrade Jumbo Daniel, the Ex-Agitators expressed immense joy and satisfaction over the remarkable milestones achieved by the PAP Administrator since assuming office.
He noted that under the visionary leadership of High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, thousands of delegates across the Niger Delta have benefitted from both onshore and offshore scholarship programmes, thereby empowering youths and promoting sustainable development in the region.

General Comrade Jumbo Daniel further stated that the Administrator’s unwavering commitment to education is a clear demonstration of his genuine concern for the progress and future of the Niger Delta. According to him, High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro firmly believes that education remains the strongest tool for regional transformation, peacebuilding, and economic empowerment.

The Akwa Ibom State Ex-Agitators unanimously passed a vote of confidence in Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, while also commending President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for appointing a competent, visionary, and people-oriented leader who truly understands the challenges and aspirations of the Niger Delta people.

Speaking further, General Ntuku described High Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro as “a rare gift to the Niger Delta Region”, emphasizing that his leadership style is inclusive, progressive, and peace-driven.
He highlighted the recently organized Leadership Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation Training for Presidential Amnesty Programme stakeholders as a laudable initiative aimed at uniting leaders, restoring lasting peace, strengthening cooperation, and fostering economic growth and sustainable development across the region.

The State Coordinator, Gen. Comrade Jumbo Daniel, expressed profound appreciation to all PAP beneficiaries for their unwavering support, loyalty, and genuine love for the PAP Administrator. He urged all beneficiaries and stakeholders to continue to uphold peace, unity, and stability in Akwa Ibom State and the Niger Delta at large, stressing that peace remains the cornerstone of development.

The Akwa Ibom State Ex-Agitators reaffirm their commitment to supporting the Presidential Amnesty Programme and its leadership in achieving its mandate of peace, empowerment, and prosperity for the Niger Delta Region.
