To the Chairman and Commissioners of the Independent National Electoral Commission, to the Federal Government of Nigeria, to the National Security Adviser and to the Nigerian public.

We have seen your announcement fixing dates for the 2027 Presidential and National Assembly elections. We have watched the press conferences. We have heard the speeches about timetables and schedules. And we ask you plainly, how can you speak of 2027 while you are deliberately suppressing justice in Warri today?

This letter is not polite. It is not diplomatic. It is not written to flatter power. It is written because your silence over the final ward delineation result in Warri Federal Constituency has become intolerable, provocative and dangerous. You cannot plan a national election on structures whose legality you are afraid to confirm. You cannot preach democracy while refusing to complete a constitutional obligation that is already finished.

Your officials came to Warri. They saw the communities. They verified the settlements. They traced the boundaries. They counted the people. They compiled the report. The work was done. The facts are known. The document exists. Yet you chose silence.

And now you stand before the country announcing 2027?

This is not administrative delay. It is institutional arrogance. It is betrayal wrapped in procedure. It is cowardice disguised as caution. Every day the final delineation result remains hidden, you deepen distrust and embolden those who believe truth can be buried if it threatens entrenched interests.

Do not insult us with technical explanations. Do not insult the Constitution with procedural vocabulary. Democracy is not a calendar event, it is a structure built on fairness. Without lawful ward delineation, your election timetable is an empty announcement. You cannot conduct voter registration or elections in Warri Federal Constituency under disputed and outdated ward arrangements while pretending everything is normal.

You are bold enough to fix dates for 2027, yet you are afraid to publish a completed result. You are courageous in press conferences but timid in accountability. That contradiction exposes everything.

To the Federal Government, silence at this stage will be interpreted as endorsement. Leadership demands intervention when institutions derail. To the National Security Adviser, prolonged injustice is not a minor issue, it is a security risk. Stability is not preserved by suppressing lawful outcomes. It is preserved by timely justice.

Let it be clearly understood, if instability ever follows, it will not be because people demanded justice. It will be because an institution refused to deliver it. You cannot continue to frustrate a lawful process and expect permanent calm. Patience has limits.

Warri will not be governed by silence. Warri will not accept elections built on questionable foundations. Before you speak of 2027, resolve the injustice of today. Before you print ballots, publish the truth. Before you announce schedules, complete your constitutional duty.

We demand the immediate publication of the final ward delineation result for Warri Federal Constituency. Not tomorrow. Not after consultations. Not after appeasing anyone. Now.

History is watching. The people are watching. And patience is not permanent.

Democracy without justice is deception and we refuse to be deceived.
