As the battle for who will succeed the present Governor of Delta State, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa<\/strong>, as the next Governor thickens. A Niger Delta and Ijaw Youth Leader, Engr. Freeborn Ebimaye Abraye<\/strong>, who is also the CEO\/Publisher of Coastal Times Newspaper<\/strong>. Has revealed his opinion as to Why he thinks Barr. Dcn. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro<\/strong>, the current Deputy Governor of the State. Is the right man to bring about the actualization of the visions and aspirations of all Deltans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ijaw Youth Leader made the revelation today the 21st January, 2022. Where he highlighted some of the critical impacts the Deputy Governor has made towards improving both the Political and Economic Structure of the State. And how he has consistently shown his concern towards Youth development. By deliberately engaging the Youths in both capacity building and personal development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Engr. Abraye<\/strong> also in his revelation, asserted that Barr. Otuaro<\/strong> has unequivocally done perfectly well in the discharge of his statutory duties as the number two man of the State. Which he said has earned him several Awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In terms of Security, the Youth Leader revealed that Otuaro’s <\/strong>role in the overall Sustainence of Peace and Security in both Delta State and the Niger Delta Region, cannot be overemphasised. As he has continually worked with both internal and external security Operatives, to ensure the restoration of Peace and Order in the State, and the Niger Delta region in extension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
