Freeborn Ebimaye Abraye. Has once again, urged Ijaws in Delta State to shun politics of self interest. And work with Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro in the forthcoming Primary and General Elections in the State.

The foremost Ijaw Youth Leader made the call today the 24th, January 2022. Via a post on his Official Facebook Page. Where he hampered on the need for the Ijaws to shun every form of individual politics and see reasons to promote a common course, for the betterment of all Ijaws in the State.

Engr. Abraye in the post, highlighted that, Otuaro’s Candidacy is but one ambition birthed out of his earnest desire and passion to see the Ijaw People of Delta State, being accorded the due courtesy they deserve. As the people who produce the Economic mince of the State’s survival.

The Coastal Times CEO, went further to postulated that, if Ijaws in the State do not unite and merge their forces at this critical times. They will end up loosing the election to Candidates from other parts of the State. Whom he said have already served in the capacity of the Governor of the State before now.

He as well, emphasised that, since it is the turn of the Ijaws to taste the seat of power of the State. They need to stand strong both Politically and otherwise. So as not to loose both the Primary and General election.

Therefore, appealed to the Ijaws to heed his advice, and make deliberate efforts in ensuring that Barr.
