We&#8217;re waiting for the NDDC, and if they don&#8217;t show up, we&#8217;ll take appropriate measures.&#8221;<br \/>&#8220;It was seen that so many contractors were paid mobilization fees to enable them to begin the execution of the projects awarded to them,&#8221;
