There he disclosed that, as the first person from Delta State to occupy the position of National Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Beneficiaries, Gen. Preye has demonstrated in a brief amount of time a practical and goal-oriented leadership style by prioritizing the interests of the beneficiaries over his own. Which makes him the most suitable candidate to hold the position of National Chairman of the Third Phase Beneficiaries.

Comrade Kelvin Ebiotu went on to emphasize Gen. This is crystal clear for the blind to see and sound enough for the deaf to comprehend.”

“It is documented that all well-intentioned Stakeholders and Third Phase Beneficiaries welcomed Gen. Therefore, an attack on him personally is an attack on the third phase beneficiaries’ interests as a whole.

As a result, Comrade Kelvin Ebiotu utilized the platform to reiterate his support for General Preye Ekpebide on behalf of the Presidential Amnesty Students.
