The Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF) warmly congratulates Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, on his birth anniversary, describing him as a true son of Niger Delta region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was contained in a statement signed by the president of the group , Comrade Ozobo Austin where a copy was signed and sent to newsmen in Warri on Monday morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IPF, in a statement said Otuaro leadership as administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP is beneficial to Niger Delta people, adding his swift engagement of stakeholders, camp leaders , youths and women of the region had made him stand out among his predecessors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The media professionals described Otuaro as a leader with the best leadership approach to addressing Niger Delta challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the group, his reforms have truly transformed the presidential Amnesty Programme PAP, adding that he is a divine gift to the region and Ijaw nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The statement reads, “The Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF) joins family, friends, and well-wishers to congratulate Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, on his birth anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
