{"id":3338,"date":"2024-12-13T09:14:28","date_gmt":"2024-12-13T09:14:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coastaltimes.com.ng\/?p=3338"},"modified":"2024-12-13T09:14:28","modified_gmt":"2024-12-13T09:14:28","slug":"otuaro-hails-tinubus-effective-leadership-at-nigeria-south-africa-commission-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coastaltimes.com.ng\/index.php\/2024\/12\/13\/otuaro-hails-tinubus-effective-leadership-at-nigeria-south-africa-commission-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"Otuaro Hails Tinubu&#8217;s Effective Leadership At Nigeria-South Africa Commission Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>By Freeborn Abraye <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr Dennis Otuaro, has commended President Bola Tinubu for providing competent leadership at the just-concluded 11th Session of the Nigeria-South Africa Bi-National Commission hosted in Cape Town, South Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otuaro noted that Tinubu&#8217;s leadership provided clear directions for the active participation of the Nigerian delegation at the bilateral meeting, which he co-chaired with his South African counterpart, President Cyril Ramaphosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said the President, as head of the Nigerian delegation, demonstrated capacity and unwavering commitment to working closely with Ramaphosa to deepen and sustain the two nations&#8217;
