To: Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC)
Date: [22\/8\/2025]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUBJECT: WE REJECT CVR UNTIL YOU ANNOUNCE THE SUPREME COURT\u2013ORDERED FINAL DELINEATION RESULT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INEC, enough is enough!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are toying with the fragile peace of Warri, insulting the Constitution and betraying democracy with your deliberate silence. We remind you once more: the Supreme Court in Timinimi v. INEC (SC\/CV\/1033\/2023) gave a clear and binding order, publish the final ward delineation result for Warri Federal Constituency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Section 287(1) of the Constitution leaves no room for disobedience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The decisions of the Supreme Court shall be enforced in any part of the Federation by all authorities and person\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So why has INEC obeyed Supreme Court rulings in Lagos, Rivers and Anambra but refused in Warri? Why treat Warri as an orphan of democracy?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fraudulent 6\u20134\u20130 structure must end:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 wards for Itsekiri (minority),<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 wards for Ijaw (majority and indigenous owners),<\/p>\n\n\n\n

0 wards for Urhobo (indigenous landowners).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not representation, it is oppression. It is apartheid mathematics, imposed to silence the majority and enthrone a minority lie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We say it without fear or apology:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No delineation, No CVR in Warri!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INEC must obey the law or stand exposed as an agent of injustice!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will not register under fraud. We will not vote under fraud. We will not live under fraud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OUR PROTEST VOICES<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INEC, announce the result NOW!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warri is not a colony of Itsekiri manipulation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You cannot erase the Ijaw and Urhobo with pen and silence!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your delay is ethnic violence disguised as bureaucracy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6\u20134\u20130 ward structure = State-backed robbery!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No Supreme Court obedience, no democracy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warri demands justice, not excuses!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obey the Constitution, not political patrons!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will not participate in Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) until the final delineation is published!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OUR DEMAND<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INEC, publish the final delineation result NOW. Not tomorrow. Not next year. NOW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Failure to act is failure of duty. Failure of duty is treason against democracy. If you refuse, you alone will bear the responsibility for the crisis that your silence is nurturing in Warri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
