DENNIS OTUARO, THE BEST COORDINATOR THE PRESIDENTIAL AMNESTY PROGRAMME HAS EVER HAD

With burning anger and deep disappointment, we, the Concerned Elders of Warri Federal Constituency, watch the latest wave of foolishness displayed by a handful of Itsekiri propagandists who have taken to the streets, shamelessly calling for the removal of Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the current Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).

Their action is not only laughable but insulting to intelligence, a disgraceful reflection of their deep-seated envy and hatred for progress.

Dr. Dennis Otuaro Has Redefined the PAP Office

Since assuming office, Dr. Otuaro has done what others before him could not do:

He has restored integrity and transparency to the Amnesty Office.

He has increased scholarships for deserving beneficiaries across the Niger Delta, breaking barriers that kept many qualified students in the shadows.

He has reached every grey area that past coordinators neglected from educational empowerment to vocational training and community engagement.

He has brought fairness into the programme, ensuring that the benefits of the PAP are not monopolized by any single ethnic group or political clique.

For the first time in years, there is renewed hope, uninterrupted payment of salary and contractors, confidence and structure in the PAP.

The Hypocrisy of the Itsekiri Protesters

What moral ground do these Itsekiri protesters have to demand the sack of a man performing exceptionally?
Where were they when corruption was eating deep into the PAP office?
Where were they when other representatives turned the Amnesty initiative into a personal enterprise?

Today, because Dr. Otuaro refuses to play their ethnic politics, they are crying wolf, just as they cried when Tompolo rose to defend the Niger Delta from oil thieves.
It is in their nature to fight good men and frustrate progress but they will fail again.

Our Stand Is Clear

We, the Concerned Elders of Warri Federal Constituency, hereby pass a VOTE OF CONFIDENCE on Dr. Dennis Otuaro for his exemplary leadership, fairness, accountability and compassion.
We also condemn, in the strongest possible terms, the coordinated smear campaign orchestrated by desperate Itsekiri elements whose only achievement is blackmail and division.

We urge the Federal Government and the National Security Adviser to ignore these noise-makers and continue to support Dr. Otuaro’s reform-driven leadership.

The Niger Delta has found a man of purpose and we will not allow envy, tribalism or manipulation to derail his mission.

Signed:

Chief, Tiemopere Joshua
(President)

Chief, Ebikeke T.
