URGENT OPEN LETTER BY THE WARRI CONCERNED MANDATE MOVEMENT TO THE PRESIDENCY, INEC, NSA AND THE NIGERIAN PUBLIC

SUBJECT: URGENT DEMAND FOR THE IMMEDIATE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE FINAL WARD DELINEATION RESULT, WARRI CANNOT CONTINUE UNDER FRAUD AND MANIPULATION<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Warri Concerned Mandate Movement rises today with a voice soaked in anger, truth and historical pain to inform the Federal Government, INEC and the Office of the National Security Adviser that this endless delay in announcing the final delineation result is nothing but a calculated betrayal, a reckless provocation and an insult to the intelligence of the entire Warri Federal Constituency. This delay is a stain on the integrity of institutions that claim to defend democracy, yet now appear to be shielding a long-standing injustice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INEC has completed the fieldwork. They have walked the terrain. They have seen the communities with their own eyes. They have sampled populations, taken physical counts, measured the landmass and collected data that exposes the century-old fraud some privileged groups have hidden behind, forged narratives, manipulated census figures, exaggerated demographic claims and political myths used to sustain a false advantage. Yet INEC still refuses to publish the result because the truth, for the first time, shines too brightly for those who have fed fat on distortion for decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We say it boldly and without blinking: enough of this cowardice. Enough of this backdoor politics. Enough of this shameful silence that insults democracy and mocks justice. The truth is not complicated, we were here first. We are the aboriginal owners of this land. The Itsekiri arrived later as guests and have spent generations twisting history into a throne they were never born to sit on. What manner of absurdity is this, where the first owners of a land are branded as settlers while latecomers are crowned landlords by colonial favour and political manipulation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fraudulent population claims, the fabricated land ownership myths, the swollen census numbers, the deceptive demographic spreads, all of them have been exposed by the delineation fieldwork. INEC knows the truth. The Presidency knows the truth. The NSA knows the truth. Warri knows the truth. Nigeria knows the truth. So who exactly is INEC protecting with this silence? Who benefits from burying a result that belongs to the people? Why is constitutional duty suddenly treated like a privilege? Why must justice be negotiated like a commodity?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not just delay, it is sabotage wearing official uniform. It is institutional injustice disguised as technical procedure. It is the height of irresponsibility and the Warri Concerned Mandate Movement will not sit and watch INEC play god with the destiny of millions while pretending to be neutral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We therefore demand, in the strongest and sharpest tone possible, that INEC announces the final delineation result NOW. Not later. Not after more secret meetings. Not after invisible hands make their calls. Not after further manipulation. NOW. Warri is sitting on a truth that no amount of lies can bury anymore, and INEC\u2019s silence is igniting distrust across communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We refuse to be reduced to spectators in our ancestral land. We refuse to swallow lies that have expired. We refuse to allow political puppeteers to rewrite geography, demography and history to satisfy the fragile ego of a minority terrified of demographic reality. Nigeria cannot preach peace where injustice is fertilized. No one should expect calm where fairness is being strangled behind closed doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INEC must stop playing with the patience of a people who have endured insult for generations. Announce the final delineation result NOW. Let the country see the real population strength. Let the landmass speak. Let the demographic truth thunder through the lies. Let every Nigerian see who truly owns Warri, who arrived first and who has been hiding behind forged narratives for too long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will not be silenced. We will not be intimidated. We will not allow INEC to smuggle injustice into our future. The truth must stand and INEC must stop delaying it. ANNOUNCE THE FINAL DELINEATION RESULT NOW, the time for cowardice is over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
