Those who promote such narratives are engaging in character assassination an action I consider deeply unpatriotic and harmful to our collective unity and progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">High Chief Dennis Otuaro, genuinely means well for the programme, the region and the entire country, as clearly demonstrated by his deliberate efforts to change the narrative and reposition the initiative to serve everyone equitably.
