His collaborative approach has fostered community and stakeholders involvement and support for the amnesty initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In related development, the South-South Traditional Council and Ijaw Youth Council Western Zone also praised Otuaro&#8217;s visionary leadership, accountability, and commitment to human capital development.
