PAP: Amnesty Graduates Honors Otuaro For His Creative Leadership -

Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), has received praise from the National Association of Presidential Amnesty Graduates (NAPAG) for his creative leadership.

In a statement released on Tuesday, NAPAG’s National Coordinator, Somina Morrison Igani, praised Otuaro for his creative leadership style.

The group also applauded the Amnesty for significantly enhancing the Presidential Amnesty Program’s oversight.

In all facets of the initiative, Igani noted, Otuaro’s creative leadership style has been clearly demonstrated, especially in his unwavering pursuit of closing the human capital development gap in the Niger Delta.

He pointed out that the PAP Administrator’s unwavering commitment has produced notable advancements in a number of program areas.

Enhanced academic prospects through scholarship awards, timely monthly stipend payments to PAP delegates, and a revitalized vocational skills acquisition program that offers beneficiaries top-notch training in a variety of trades are just a few of the items he cited.

“A great deal of support has been shown for academic endeavors under his (Otuaro’s) direction, allowing many former agitators to pursue postsecondary education and career training.

“In addition to empowering people, this particular focus on academics has made a significant contribution to the socioeconomic advancement of the Niger Delta region and beyond.

“The prompt disbursement of allowances under Dr Otuaro’s leadership has been instrumental in the sustenance of the livelihoods of many former agitators,” Igani stated.

He continued by saying that the timely payment of monthly allowances to former agitators had been essential to the region’s long-term security, peace, and stability and had greatly aided in the reintegration process.

He also emphasized that they were pleased to identify with Otuaro’s leadership and that the PAP boss had shown an unmatched commitment to the academic advancement of NAPAG members.

According to Igani, “His administration has significantly expanded educational opportunities, ensuring that we are better equipped to contribute to the nation’s growth.”

The Presidential Amnesty graduates also praised the PAP Administrator for improved performance, including the thoughtful selection of qualified assistants.

As a result, they gave Otuaro a vote of confidence and encouraged him to keep up the beneficial effects of his creative leadership on the Niger Delta’s residents and towns.
