BREAKING: Niger Delta Rights Group Vows To Disrupt Primary Elections In Warri Federal Constituency Without Implementation Of Supreme Court Ordered Delineation Report -

Comrade Freeborn Abraye, National Coordinator of the Niger Delta Advocates For Peace, Development And Economic Justice (NDAPDEJ), has issued a blistering, no-holds-barred warning to political parties scheming to conduct primary elections in Warri Federal Constituency without implementing the Supreme Court–ordered delineation.

In a fiery declaration, Abraye made it unequivocally clear that any such move would be met with fierce, organized, and uncompromising resistance.

“Let no one miscalculate this moment,” he thundered. “Any political party that dares to conduct primaries under the dead, buried, and discredited ward structure is not only engaging in electoral robbery but declaring war on justice, democracy, and the people of Warri Federal Constituency.”

He described any primary conducted without the implementation of the delineation report as illegal, criminal, fraudulent, and null and void, warning that NDAPDEJ and allied forces will not hesitate to shut down any such process.

“We will not observe. We will not tolerate. We will not negotiate. We will disrupt it,” Abraye declared. “This is not a threat, it is a promise. The days of using illegal structures to rig, suppress, and marginalize entire communities are over.”

Abraye accused entrenched political interests of deliberately attempting to undermine the authority of the Supreme Court and subvert INEC’s delineation exercise for selfish gain.

“You cannot trample on a Supreme Court judgment and expect peace. You cannot impose illegality and expect compliance. What you are planning is not politics, it is criminality, and it will be resisted with full force of civic mobilization.”

He warned security agencies against complicity or silence, stressing that any attempt to provide cover for illegal primaries would amount to aiding and abetting electoral fraud.

“To the security agencies: your loyalty is to the Constitution, not to desperate politicians. Any officer or institution that enables this lawlessness will be held accountable in the eyes of the law and the people.”

Reaffirming his stance, Abraye issued a final, defiant ultimatum:

“No delineation, no primaries. No justice, no process. Attempt it, and face the consequences. Warri Federal Constituency will not be dragged backward into oppression, manipulation, and political slavery. Not again. Not now. Not ever.”
