Otuaro-Led PAP Invites Eligible Niger Delta Students To Apply For Scholarship

PRESIDENTIAL AMNESTY PROGRAMME OPENS 2026/2027 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FOR NIGER DELTA STUDENTS

The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), under the leadership of its Administrator, Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, has opened applications for its 2026/2027 Scholarship Programme, inviting eligible beneficiaries from the Niger Delta to apply.

The scholarship initiative is being implemented through the Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and is designed to expand access to formal education and strengthen human-capital development in the region.

The opening of the application is part of the Programme’s continued emphasis on education as a key component of its mandate to empower Niger Delta youths and create opportunities for sustainable development.

Interested and eligible applicants are advised to complete their registration through the official PAP scholarship application portal.
