2027: NDAPDEJ National Coordinator, Comrade Freeborn Abraye, Issues Strong Political Endorsement Of Chief Promise Lawuru, Declares Him As The Only “Credible And Certain” Path To Political Liberation And True Representation In Warri Federal Constituency -

In a bold, uncompromising, and politically decisive move, the National Coordinator of the Niger Delta Advocates For Peace, Development And Economic Justice (NDAPDEJ), Comrade Freeborn Ebimaye Abraye, has thrown his full weight behind Chief Promise Lawuru as the most credible, competent, and strategically positioned candidate to represent Warri Federal Constituency in the 2027 general elections.

Speaking with clarity and conviction, Comrade Abraye described the forthcoming election as a defining political moment, a battle between stagnation and progress, between recycled failure and visionary leadership, between those who have held the constituency back and those ready to move it forward.

“Let it be clear, 2027 is not just another election; it is a referendum on the future of Warri Federal Constituency. And in that defining moment, Chief Promise Lawuru stands tall as the candidate of transformation, competence, and unquestionable credibility,” Abraye declared.

He did not mince words in criticizing the long-standing pattern of underperformance, neglect, and political manipulation that has deprived the people of Warri Federal Constituency of meaningful representation at the National Assembly.

“For too long, our people have been shortchanged by ineffective leadership, empty promises, and divisive politics. The era of political tokenism, tribal manipulation, and elite self-enrichment must come to an end. The people deserve real results, not recycled excuses,” he stated.

Comrade Abraye emphasized that Chief Lawuru is not part of the old order of political opportunists but represents a new generation of leadership defined by action, innovation, courage, and a genuine commitment to the people.

“Chief Lawuru is not a career politician driven by selfish ambition, he is a purpose-driven leader with a clear vision for empowerment, infrastructure, and human capital development. He has the competence, the character, and the courage to confront the challenges facing our constituency and deliver measurable progress.”

In a direct and strategic appeal, Abraye called on Ijaw and Urhobo political blocs, as well as all progressive forces within the constituency, to close ranks and unite behind Chief Lawuru’s candidacy, stressing that unity is the most powerful weapon against political marginalization.

“To the Ijaw and Urhobo nations, this is the time to rise above division and act with political intelligence. Power is not given; it is taken through unity, strategy, and decisive action. Supporting Chief Lawuru is not just a choice, it is a necessity for our collective advancement.”

He further assured that a Lawuru-led representation would mark a clean break from exclusionary and biased governance, pledging that his leadership would be inclusive, transparent, and people-focused.

“There will be no tribalism, no favoritism, no political witch-hunt, and no segregation under Chief Lawuru’s watch. Every community, every group, and every voice will matter. His leadership will reflect fairness, equity, and justice, the true pillars of democracy.”

Comrade Abraye concluded with a powerful charge to the electorate, urging them to reject political deception, resist manipulation, and embrace a future built on competence and accountability.

“The days of being used and abandoned are over. The time for political awakening is now. Warri Federal Constituency must reject mediocrity and embrace excellence. That excellence is Chief Promise Lawuru.”

“2027 is our moment. The struggle for credible representation begins now, and victory is certain with the right leadership.”
